

The following persons are declared to be disorderly persons:Ī. Any person found intoxicated from the use of illegal drugs, in any public place in the city orī. Any person fighting or encouraging others to fight in any public place in the city orĬ. Any person who, by noisy, riotous or tumultuous conduct, disturbs the quiet and peace of the city, or of any meeting or assemblage therein, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. 9.20.010 Disorderly persons defined and enumerated. A person commits the crime of Violation of a No Contact Order if he/she knowingly and unlawfully does any of the acts that they were prohibited from doing in a valid No Contact Order. Violations of No Contact Orders in Washington State are taken very seriously and have the potential to lead to severe punishments. This will depend on the amount of damage that has occurred. Malicious Mischief can be charged as either a Gross Misdemeanor or a C or B Felony. A person is guilty of malicious mischief if he/she knowingly and maliciously causes damage to the property of another. Malicious Mischief charges are taken very seriously in Washington State, especially if assigned a Domestic Violence designation.
